Enhance Speech does not delete um
A polished um is still an um. Enhance Speech is for noise, room, and thin mics. Remove Filler Words deletes filler tokens and long pauses from the timeline of the file. You can run Enhance elsewhere and cut fillers here, or skip Enhance when the room is fine and the stalls are not.
Two different “clean audio” searches
People type “adobe podcast alternatives” when the queue is slow, the minutes ran out, or they do not want an Adobe account. Some of them needed denoise. Some needed ums gone and landed on the wrong product. This page is for the second group.
Video, not only a WAV
Adobe’s enhance flow is audio-centric. Here an MP4 talking head works: picture stays local, audio is transcribed, preview skips cuts. Save writes MP4. That is closer to how YouTube lessons actually ship.
